Turks and Caicos Snorkeling Tours is a booking guide. We are not a tour operator, not the National Trust and not the national park, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. If you have already booked, the operator's confirmation email is the fastest route: it carries your reference and the contact the operator reads.

If your booking has a problem

Go to the company you booked through first. Every tour we list can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours ahead, and only the booking company can act on that. If your captain changed the snorkel site or cancelled for weather, that is where a refund or a new date is arranged.

Corrections

If a figure is wrong, tell us and we will change it. Fares, meeting points and departure times all move, and an operator can rewrite its terms overnight. We usually correct a reported error the same week.
